the moment I entered the property, I was greeted warmly by the staff. Everything was ready as promised and the room was close to the main building. All the amenities you would expect, fridge, microwave, comfy beds, wifi, a writing station, clean bathrooms and a reading and writing section. Naturally, all rooms have an air conditioner. next tine, I will be staying longer..

Room 241 was clean and the beds very comfortable. However we discovered their were plumbing problems (no cold water, and toilet that didn't flush well), but that can happen anywhere and anytime. Room 257 had trash (empty beer cans) in the corner. We did not use the breakfast facilities.

I arrived late however, the Agent on duty was most accommodating. the TV in the original room wasn't working.follow8ng a brief phone call, she immediately moved me a short way down the hall to another room, everything was working fine. a very welcome sight after many hours on the road..

Overall it was pleasant. They really need to change that picture though cuz that pool ain't there anymore. It's too bad because it used to be a nice pool but this covid crap just gives these hotels any excuse to not give you breakfast or take care of the facilities and it's ridiculous

The property is within ten minutes of the Comolex, ease of access and super friendly manager essential. I arrived after midnight, she made the check in process a breeze Highly professional and knowledgeable. five stars all the way
